/KASE, December 12, 2025/ – The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that on December 15, 2025, special trading session will be held in the KASE's trading system for placement of the following bonds:

1) KZMJ00002871 (government securities sector, ZKK022_287; 1,000 tenge, 1,572,768,000 tenge; 1 year 10 months; semi-annual coupon, 8.99% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region in the amount of 1,572,768.

2) KZMJ00002889 (government securities sector, KSK022_288; 1,000 tenge, 826,387,000 tenge; 1 year 10 months; semi-annual coupon, 8.99% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Kostanay region in the amount of 826,387;

Orders will be accepted from 14:00 to 15:30 Astana time, settlement will be made at 16:00 Astana time.

The price indicated in the order must be the clean price of bonds (excluding accumulated interest) expressed as a percentage of the security's face value, accurate to the fourth decimal place.

The quantity of financial instruments indicated in the order must be the quantity of bonds. The quantity of financial instrument in the order must be equal to or a multiple of the lot size. Lot size is 1 bond.

The order volume must be the product of the quantity of bonds specified in the order and the dirty price of one bond (taking into account the accumulated interest).

Only limit orders submitted to the KASE's trading system in a closed manner are accepted for trading. Method of executing the orders: at a single cut-off price, at the time of acceptance of counter orders.
