/KASE, December 12, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from December 15, 2025, KASE will suspend trading of the following common shares in repo operations in trading modes with participation of the central counterparty:

1) US1491231015 (KASE Global sector, CAT_KZ) of Caterpillar, which settlement date falls on January 20, 2026, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on January 22, 2026;

2) US68389X1054 (KASE Global sector, ORCL_KZ) of ORACLE CORPORATION, which settlement date falls on January 9, 2026, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on January 12, 2026.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to KASE having the information on closing of the register for payment of dividends on the specified shares.
