/KASE, December 12, 2025/ – Mangistaumunaigas JSC (KASE ticker – MMGZ) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated December 11, 2025.

The sole shareholder, among other things, decided to distribute the company's retained earnings in the amount of 20,155,010,000 tenge to pay dividends based on results of 2024:

• the dividend amount per one common and one preferred share is 185.00 tenge;
• dividends on preferred shares in the amount of 201,550,100 tenge to be paid on December 15, 2025;
• dividends on common shares in the amount of 19,953,459,900 tenge to be paid on December 17, 2025.
