/KASE, December 10, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from December 10, 2025, KASE suspends trading of bonds KZ2P00004500 (KASE's alternative market, bonds category, FATNb3) of Faeton Company LLP.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 6) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to decision of the sole holder of the specified bonds dated December 8, 2025, to amend the bond issue prospectus.
