/KASE, December 9, 2025/ – On December 9, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include into KASE's official list in bonds category of the main market the bonds KZ2P00016231 (MFTSb5; 500,000 tenge; 8.0 bln tenge; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 22.00% per annum; 30/360) of MFO TAS FINANCE GROUP LLP.

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on December 9, 2025.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
