/KASE, December 5, 2025/ – On December 4, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00016322 (CLSGb9; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Capital Leasing Group LLP in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on December 5, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.

The issue of these bonds is the first under the first bond program of Capital Leasing Group LLP, registered on November 26, 2025, in the amount of KZT 50.0 bn.
