/KASE, December 5, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Shubarkol Premium JSC (KASE ticker – SHUP) dated December 2, 2025, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:

• Sh. Ibragimov;
• B. Raimbekov;
• A. Shynybaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Shubarkol Premium JSC consists of three persons.
