Microfinance organization Robocash.kz has fully resumed issuing microloans after a two-month pause due to regulatory requirements. The company has addressed the issues raised by the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (ARDFM) and has fully resumed operations.

During the pause, Robocash.kz carried out a comprehensive update of its internal procedures, strengthened its compliance and risk management systems, and implemented new client interaction standards, the company reported.

"During the audit, most of the issues were addressed, and an action plan to address the identified issues was agreed upon with the regulator. Its implementation is scheduled until March 1, 2026. All regulatory requirements are being met, and microloan issuance has fully resumed. We view this stage not as an obstacle, but as an opportunity to grow stronger.
