/KASE, December 1, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC (KASE ticker – SKSL) dated November 27, 2025, A. Akazhanov was removed from the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC consists of three persons.
