/KASE, November 27, 2025/ – According to KASE's internal document "Methodology for Determining Liquidity Indicators of Securities", Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) approved the December 2025 lists of first, second and third liquidity class shares, depositary receipts and securities of investment funds selected from those listed on KASE (hereinafter – the Securities lists).

The Securities lists were approved by a decision of the Committee for Indices and Indicators dated November 24, 2025 and generated in order to apply the norms of KASE's internal documents to the securities contained in them.

The first liquidity class securities list valid from December 1 to December 31, 2025 consists of 73 securities. Compared with the current list of securities of the first liquidity class, which was formed for November 2025, the list includes:

1) ETF US4642871846 (sector "KASE Global", FXI_KZ) of iShares China Large-Cap ETF;

2) common shares US4781601046 (sector "KASE Global", JNJ_KZ) of Johnson & Johnson;

3) common shares US6745991058 (sector "KASE Global", OXY_KZ) of Occidental Petroleum Corp.

The following were removed in the list of the first liquidity class, which was formed for November 2025:

1) global depository receipts US0090632078, US0090631088 ("derivatives" sector, AIRAd), the underlying asset of which are common shares KZ1C00004050 (KASE main market, "premium" category, AIRA) of Air Astana JSC;

2) common shares KZ1C00000256 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, IFDR) of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC;

3) common shares US30231G1022 ("KASE Global" sector, XOM_KZ) of Exxon Mobil Corporation;

4) units KZPF00000132 ("investment fund securities" sector, FHJIag) of the interval unit investment trust (IUIT) "allGA" managed by Alatau City Invest JSC;

5) ETF US4642872422 ("KASE Global" sector, LQD_KZ) of iShares iBoxx $ Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF;

6) units KZPF00000900 ("investment fund securities" sector, BCCIwah) of the IUIT "Wardat al Hayat" managed by BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC;

7) units KZPF00000025 ("investment fund securities" sector, CSECfe) of the IUIT "Eurobond Fund" managed by Centras Securities JSC;

8) ETF US46090E1038 ("KASE Global" sector, QQQ_KZ) of Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1.
