/KASE, November 26, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading in common shares KZ1C00009562 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, CSEC) of Centras Securities JSC is suspended on KASE as of November 26, 2025.

Trading was suspended in accordance with subitem 9) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to KASE receiving information about the repurchase of the specified shares on the OTC securities market in the amount of 120,432 pieces at a price of 2,898 tenge per share by November 28, 2025.
