/KASE, November 21, 2025/ – On November 20, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00016124 (ORBSb6; $100, $20.0 mln; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of Orbis Leasing LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of November 21, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
