/KASE, November 19, 2025/ – On November 18, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00015902 (MFGCpp1; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn, 5 years; monthly coupon, 23.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Lombard Goldencapital.kz LLP (Qaraghandy) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on November 19, 2025.
