/KASE, November 14, 2025/ – Special trading sessions for the offering of two issues of bonds of local executive bodies took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.

Following the results of the specialized trading, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00002780 (ZKK022_278; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,771,535,000; 14.11.25 – 14.09.27; semi-annual coupon, 8.99 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for KZT 1.8 bn;

2) KZMJ00002798 (SKK022_279; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,000,000,000; 14.11.25 – 14.09.27; semi-annual coupon, 8.99 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of North Kazakhstan region for KZT 0.5 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and (or) acquisition, redemption of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
