/KASE, November 14, 2025/ – On November 12, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00015928 (MFMKpp1; KZT 1,000,000, KZT 1.5 bn, 5 years; quarterly coupon, 30.00 % per annum; 30/360) of MFO "Kazakhstan Microfinance Company" LLP (Almaty) are included in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list.

This decision of the Listing Committee comes into force on November 14, 2025 are included in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list.
