/KASE, November 11, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy JSC (KASE ticker – SNRG) dated October 31, 2025, R. Turgambaev was removed from the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the amendments introduced, the Management Board of Samruk-Energy JSC consists of six people.
