/KASE, November 10, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that effective November 11, 2025, trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US20825C1045 (sector "KASE Global", COP_KZ) of ConocoPhillips (USA), whose settlement date falls on November 17, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on November 19, 2025;

2) US02079K1079 (sector "KASE Global", GOOG_KZ) of ALPHABET INC. (USA), whose settlement date falls on December 8, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on December 10, 2025.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE received information about the record dates of the specified shares.
