/KASE, November 10, 2025/ – On November 6, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the bonds KZ2P00015985 (MFDFb4; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360) of "FinTechLab" microfinance organization" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on November 10, 2025.
The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
This bond issue is the third under the first bond program of "FinTechLab" microfinance organization" LLP, registered on November 24, 2023 in the amount of KZT 10.0 bn.
