/KASE, November 3, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Mangistaumunaigas JSC (KASE ticker – MMGZ) dated October 31, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed:Pu Haiyan;
• elected: Wang Hua.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigas JSC consists of six persons.
