/KASE, November 3, 2025/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC (KASE ticker – SKSL) announced the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on October 31, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to distribute the company's net income for 2020;
• to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2020 at 282 tenge per share for a total of 501,678,000 tenge.
