Joint Stock Company "National Company "KazMunayGas" (hereinafter – the "Company") announces that on October 30, 2025, the Company successfully placed five-year senior unsecured bonds in the amount of CNH 1.25 billion with a coupon rate of 2.950% per annum and a yield of 3.150% on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The issuance was carried out under the Company’s newly established CNY 10 billion Medium Term Note Programme.

The bonds are rated Baa1 by Moody's, in line with the issuer rating.
