/KASE, October 31, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of October 31, 2025 trading in common shares US70450Y1038 (sector "KASE Global", PYPL_KZ) of PayPal Holdings Inc. has been suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on November 19, 2025 and subsequent dates.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the specified shares will be November 19, 2025.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from November 21, 2025.
