/KASE, October 28, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC (KASE ticker – SHZN) dated October 17, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Malgazhdarov;
• elected: N. Absametov, R. Ablazimov, A. Tleulin.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC consists of five persons.
