/KASE, October 21, 2025/ – On October 13, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00015282 (ALTAb1; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360) of ALTA Telecom LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of October 21, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The financial consultant of ALTA Telecom LLP is BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC.

The issue of these bonds is the first under the first bond program, registered on August 25, 2025, in the amount of KZT 5.0 bn.

The main activity of ALTA Telecom LLP is the provision of services of system and technical maintenance of information and communications equipment.
