/KASE, September 24, 2025/ – On September 19, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00015266 (MFHCb1; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Lombard "HAYAT CAPITAL" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on September 24, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
