Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC announces the placement on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of ten-year bonds of KT AgroBusiness LLP (ticker: MFABb1, ISIN: KZ2P00010390). The placement took place during the period from September 5 to September 9, 2025.

The coupon interest rate is 21.0% per annum, the nominal value of one bond is KZT 1,000. The circulation period of the bonds is from March 4, 2025 to March 4, 2035.

Based on the trading results, the total placement volume amounted to KZT 2,138,465,000.
