/KASE, September 3, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of KMK Munai JSC (KASE ticker – LNPT) dated August 28, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Zhang Baorui, Wang Jinbao;
• elected: Yang Yuehua, Huang Wei.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KMK Munai JSC consists of nine people.
