Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market registered changes to issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00013811 (UZPAb1) of Ust-Kamenogorsk industrial valves plant
/KASE, September 3, 2025/ – Ust-Kamenogorsk industrial valves plant JSC (KASE ticker – UZPA) provided the amended issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00013811 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", UZPAb1; KZT 1,000, KZT 500.0 mln; 04.06.25 – 04.06.28; quarterly coupon, 20.25 % per annum; 30/360) registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on August 29, 2025, according to which:
- the interest rate has been changed from 20.25 % per annum to 21.50 % per annum.
