/KASE, August 29, 2025/ – Aktobe Metalware Plant JSC (KASE ticker – AKZM) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 25, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements and the audited consolidated annual financial statements of the company for 2024;
• not to pay dividends on common shares.

Decisions on a total of three agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
