/KASE, August 29, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Sinoasia B&R Insurance JSC (KASE ticker – SABR) dated August 21, 2025, A. Aldambergen was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Sinoasia B&R Insurance JSC consists of four people.
