/KASE, August 28, 2025/ – Sinoasia B&R Insurance JSC (KASE ticker – SABR) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 21, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2024;
• not to distribute dividends for 2024;
• to approve the exchange of 55,000 preferred shares of the company for common shares at a rate of one common share for one preferred share;
• to pay shareholders the declared dividends on preferred shares for the past period.

Decisions on a total of nine agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
