/KASE, August 20, 2025/ – On August 20, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C000015246 (AGKKb23; KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn; 1 year 5 days, annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering;
actual/365) of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Listing commission shall enter into force on August 20, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
