/KASE, August 14, 2025/ – On August 12, 2025, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00014996 (MFAFb10; $100, $3.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Management Board shall enter into force on August 14, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
