/KASE, August 11, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of August 12, 2025, trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US6541061031 (sector "KASE Global", NKE_KZ) of NIKE, Inc. (USA), whose settlement date falls on September 2, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume as of September 4, 2025;

2) US20825C1045 (sector "KASE Global", COP_KZ) of ConocoPhillips (USA), whose settlement date falls on August 18, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume as of August 20, 2025.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date on the specified shares.
