/KASE, August 7, 2025/ – The consolidated financial statements of Asker Munai Exploration JSC (KASE ticker – AMXP) for 2024 and the auditor's report have been published.

According to the report of Moore Kazakhstan LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Asker Munai Exploration JSC and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2024, as well as their operating results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
