/KASE, August 6, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Ai Karaauyl JSC (KASE ticker – AKRL) dated August 4, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: S. Fomichev;
• elected: A. Quanbai.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Ai Karaauyl JSC consists of three people.
