/KASE, August 5, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of AsiaAgroFood JSC (KASE ticker – AAFD) dated August 4, 2025, A. Dyusekeshova was removed from the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of AsiaAgroFood JSC consists of four persons.
