/KASE, August 4, 2025/ – EKOTON+ JSC (KASE ticker – EKTN) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 28, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the consolidated and separate financial statements of the company for 2024;
• not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2024, and to leave net income for 2024 at the disposal of the company.

Decisions on a total of five agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
