/KASE, July 25, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of July 28, 2025, trading in the following common shares in repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US0255371017 (sector "KASE Global", AEP_KZ) of American Electric Power Company, Inc. (USA), whose settlement date falls on August 8, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on August 11, 2025;

2) US4592001014 (sector "KASE Global", IBM_KZ) of IBM corp. (USA), whose settlement date falls on August 8, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on August 11, 2025;

3) US0605051046 (sector "KASE Global", BAC_KZ) of Bank of America Corporation (USA), whose settlement date falls on September 5, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on September 8, 2025.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date of the specified shares.
