/KASE, July 23, 2025/ – On July 23, 2025 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00014723 (MFRFb21; KZT1,000, KZT 4.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond placement auction; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is July 23, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.

The issue of these bonds is the first under the second bond program of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP, registered on July 4, 2025 in the amount of 30.0 bn tenge.
