/KASE, July 22, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Phystech II JSC (KASE ticker – PHYS) dated July 10, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Naukenov, Sh. Kudabaev;
• elected: E.-S. Khojanazarov, S. Almauyt.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Phystech II JSC consists of three people.
