/KASE, July 22, 2025/ – KazAzot JSC (KASE ticker – KZAZ) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 10, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2024;
• not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2024.

Decisions on a total of four agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
