/KASE, July 21, 2025/ – On July 17, 2025, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00014780 (CLSGb7; 1,000 tenge, 2.0 billion tenge; 180 days; the coupon is paid once at the end of the circulation period, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Capital Leasing Group LLP in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Management Board shall enter into force on July 21, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
