/KASE, July 21, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that as of July 21, 2025, trading in common shares KZ000A1CTMD1 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", AZNO) of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC has been resumed on KASE.

Trading in the specified shares had been suspended on KASE since March 4, 2025.

Trading in the said shares was resumed based on a notification from Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC that its major shareholder, after buying out 767 shares from a minority shareholder, became the sole shareholder of the company.
