/KASE, July 16, 2025/ – Consolidated financial statements of Shubarkol Premium JSC (KASE ticker – SHUP) for 2024 and the auditor's report have been published.

According to the report of NAK "Centeraudit-Kazakhstan" LLP, which contains a qualified opinion, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Shubarkol Premium JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2024, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
