/KASE, July 15, 2025/ – PC "APC "DAMU AGRO" (KASE ticker – PKDA) provided the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2D00007002 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", PKDAb1; 1,000 tenge, 1.5 bn tenge; 17.11.20 – 17.11.25; quarterly coupon, 14.00 % per annum; 30/360) with amendments registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on July 14, 2025, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue, replacing the one issued previously.

According to the documents mentioned:

• the certificate was replaced due to a change in the bond maturity;
• maturity has been changed from five years to 10 years.
