/KASE, July 14, 2025/ – On July 14, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00014400 (MFTSb3; 500,000 tenge, 10.0 bn tenge; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360) of MFO "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 14, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced later.

The issue of these bonds is the third under the first bond program of MFO "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP, registered on December 1, 2023, in the amount of 30.0 bn tenge.
