According to the report of Grant Thornton LLP, which contains a qualified opinion, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of AltynEx Company JSC and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2024, as well as their financial performance and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
