/KASE, July 2, 2025/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 1, 2025, "green" bonds KZ2P00012685 (KASE main market, category "bonds", HILLb1; $100, $40.0 mln; 3 years; semi- annual coupon; 30/360) of HILL Corporation LLP were delisted from KASE.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 2, 2025.

This decision was made on the basis of the request of HILL Corporation LLP for the voluntary delisting of the said bonds from KASE official list.

The specified bonds had been in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market since December 6, 2024. No trading in them had been opened.
