According to the report of Vostok-audit LLP, which contains a qualified opinion, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Akzhal Gold Resources JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2024, as well as their financial performance and cash flows for the year ended as of that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
